The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces that 3,110 out of 6,091 passed the Midwife Licensure Examination given by the Board of Midwifery in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, Tacloban, Tuguegarao and Zamboanga last November 14 & 15, 2009.
